In keeping with Moto Mores goal of ensuring User satisfaction, any return or cancellation of Products by customer shall be governed by and subject to the terms and conditions set out under this Cancellation, Return and Refund Policy. Customers are required to peruse and understand the terms of this Cancellation, Return and Refund Policy. If you do not agree to the terms contained in this Cancellation, Return and Refund Policy, you are advised not to accept the Terms of Use and may forthwith leave and stop using the Platform. The terms contained in this Cancellation, Return and Refund Policy shall be accepted without modification and you agree to be bound by the terms contained herein by initiating a request for purchase of Product(s) on the Platform.

In case of Extenuating Circumstances such as natural disasters, medical emergencies, or other unforeseen events, we will assess cancellations on a case-by-case basis to ensure fairness and customer satisfaction.

There will be no cancellation on products ordered during a “promotional sale”

1 Cancellation by Moto Mores :  There may be certain orders that Moto Mores  is unable to accept and must cancel. Moto Mores reserves the right, at Moto Mores’s sole discretion, to refuse or cancel any order for any reason whatsoever. Some situations that may result in Your order being cancelled include, without limitation, non-availability of the product or quantities ordered by You, non- availability of the service, inaccuracies or errors in pricing information, or problems identified by Moto Mores. Moto Mores may also require additional verifications or information before accepting any order. Moto Mores will contact You if all or any portion of Your order is cancelled or if additional information is required to accept Your order. If Your order is cancelled after Your credit card has been charged, the said amount will be reversed back in Your account. A promo code, once used shall not be refunded in case of cancellation of order either by Customer or Moto Mores

2 Cancellation by the User: In case of requests for order cancellations, Moto Mores reserves the right to accept or reject requests for order cancellations for any reason whatsoever. As part of usual business practice, if Moto Mores receives a cancellation notice and the order has not been processed/ approved by Moto Mores, Moto Mores shall cancel the order and refund the entire amount to You within a reasonable period of time. Moto Mores will not be able to cancel orders that have already been processed. Moto Mores has the full right to decide whether an order has been processed or not. You agree not to dispute the decision made by Moto Mores and accept Moto Mores’s decision regarding the cancellation.

3 Moto Mores reserves the right to cancel any orders that classify as ‘Bulk Order’ as determined by Moto Mores as per certain criteria. Any Promo Code used for placing the ‘Bulk Order’ will not be refunded as per this cancellation policy. An order can be classified as ‘Bulk Order’ if it meets with the below mentioned criteria, which may not be exhaustive, viz:

1. Products ordered are not for self-consumption but for commercial resale
2. Multiple orders placed for same product at the same address
3. Bulk quantity of the same product ordered
4. Invalid address given in order details
5. Any malpractice used to place the order
